Our Ministry Mandate

Every year, our mission is to train, equip, and release 1,000 Christian women into the marketplace for the work of ministry and business.

Our Focus Scripture

Luke 6:48-49 (emphasis added)

She is like a woman who chooses the right place to build her ministry and then lays a deep and secure foundation. When the storms and floods rage against her ministry, it continues to stand firm and unshaken through the tempest, for she built it wisely on the right foundation. But the one who has heard my teaching and does not obey it is like a woman who builds her ministry without laying any foundation at all. When the storms and floods rage against her ministry, it will immediately collapse and become a total loss. "Which of these two builders will you be?”

  • Online Ministry encourages Christians to use their spiritual gifts outside the four walls of the church. It's goal is to advance God's kingdom by starting a ministry-based business that serves a group of people beyond the church walls.

This approach combines our business calling with our natural talents and spiritual gifts. By using our influence, we can support a community and fund God's mission. Online Ministry offers a chance to represent God in industries led by false leaders. Rather than just seeking profit, this model focuses on serving others and honouring God.

Using Our Spiritual Gifts In The Marketplace

Is A Great Place To Start!

  • Creating a platform for connecting with both believers and non-believers gives us an opportunity to make a significant impact online through a marketplace ministry model, something the local church cannot always do.

As Christ's representatives, we are called to share the good news wherever we are, including the marketplace.

The marketplace is a great space to share our faith. We can witness effectively through our words and actions, creating chances for others to hear the gospel through the content we create, the connections we build, or the products and services we provide.

Advancing God's kingdom in the marketplace means living out our faith for others to see and serving in everything we do. By doing this, we can be the light in the darkness and positively influence those we are meant to reach through our ministry.

  • Business as Ministry: Many Christian entrepreneurs struggle to see their work as ministry. However, a business model can effectively share the gospel. Social entrepreneurship and marketplace ministries have long fulfilled God's mission, impacting lives while providing valuable products and services. Your business can be your ministry, extending beyond the church to all called to use their gifts in the marketplace.

The goal is to create impact while earning income, which can support you and your ministry full-time—Note that not all ministries should rely on donations as the only way to provide financial support. For instance, Apostle Paul and Aquila were tentmakers, with their work financing Paul's ministry, enabling him to provide ministry free of charge to some.

Once you discern His plan, test it (1 John 4:1–3) and confirm it with Him, as not all ideas are divinely inspired.
